Most of the time,physical attractiveness works for interpersonal interaction .. You may say that interpersonal begins with physical attractiveness.. as you go ahead, other factors come along with physical attractiveness..if at first hand, you are physical attractive and get a start of interpersonal interaction with someone, but on the other hand,others find dissimilarities with you or find undesirable attributes in you,Physical attractiveness will not work.. so to my opinion, Personal attributes are lasting factors for interpersonal attraction.. you may be physically less attractive at first, but may be more attractive later.. so personal attributes work for me most of the time..
